We stand by our products 100%. If you wish to return your new or unused product within 14 days of delivery, we’ll accept the return and issue a refund on the product or a store credit for future orders.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. For returns, please fill out and submit our return request form via our returns page. We will contact you within one to two business days to process your return & give you a return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund. You may return the product within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused and in resalable condition.
For store credit - once your return is received & processed, you will receive an email confirmation and a store credit discount code for the amount of the product(s) returned.
