A LITTLE ABOUT THIS DEMO: Join me on Saturday, January 25th at 11:30am Eastern Time for a live demo and an opportunity for Q&A about the mini VDAY eBook recipes! I’ll be demonstrating how to prepare the first portion of your panna cotta to achieve the beautiful diagonal separation, and how to make macaron shells as well! I will also be covering packaging tips for both mini shooters and macaron packs! Please note, this will be a demonstration (different from my live bake-along classes, although you are welcome to bake along during that time) so I will have some components and/or final products already prepared to show the end result without the lengthiness chilling/baking time, etc. If you aren’t able to make it to the live demo, the recording will be emailed to those that have registered. This Zoom session should be about 2 - 2.5 hours. All payments are nonrefundable. Payments cannot be transferred to other classes/other dates.
