The flavors of the trio packs of 2 layered tasting sized cakes that we will make in this bundle are: Halloween Edition: o Death By Chocolate o Ghostly Campfire S'mores o Vanilla Bloodberry Fall Edition: o Butter Pecan o Pumpkin Spice Latte o Salted Caramel Popcorn Holiday Edition: o Red Velvet Oreo o White Christmas (Egg Nog) o Pistachio Cream Each course will be broken up into 3 separate sessions over 3 days: DAY ONE – (3 - 4 hour class) o Batter, Buttercream, & Baking DAY TWO – (3 hour class) o Buttercream & Filling Preparation o Stacking/Assembly DAY THREE – (1.5 - 2 hour class) o Cut/Portion tasting cakes o Assemble tasting boxes This bundle includes full, detailed step-by-step information on how to achieve neat, clean pre-cut cake slices/portions that can be used for individual cake tastings/trio pack boxes. Callie will demo each step virtually as participants follow along in their own kitchens. Participants will be responsible for the supplies and ingredients needed to complete the class. Included with this class, are the full recipes for all the batters & buttercreams needed to make each flavor. Three detailed PDF/digital info packets each fully equipped with a list of necessary tools/equipment, the recipes, and the links to join each class will be sent to you once your final payment is received. Your spot is only confirmed once your 50% deposit ($250) is received. All participants of the course will receive a separate email with an invoice to submit final payment closer to the class time. Each course is limited to 15 participants. All payments are nonrefundable. Payments can not be transferred to other classes.
