Treat yourself this holiday season with the Holiday Edition of my Trio Pack Course! This course will equip you with all the skills you need to create 3 delicious holiday-inspired cake flavors. We'll do everything together from start to finish. Additionally, you'll get tips on pricing, packaging, and how to offer your trio packs as a flash sale to increase your sales revenue. It's the perfect way to bring a little sweetness to your business this holiday season. UPCOMING COURSE DATES: Wednesday, November 29th to Friday, December 1st 11:00am EST each day In this live online class with Callie, participants will learn how to make neat, well assembled cake trio boxes (seasonal 3 packs of 2 layered tasting sized cakes) The photo on this post is just a visual for the trio packs. Presentation & garnish will be specific to the flavors below. The seasonal flavors that we will make in this course are: o Red Velvet Oreo o White Christmas (Egg Nog) o Pistachio Cream This class will be broken up into 3 separate sessions over 3 days: DAY ONE – (3 - 4 hour class) o Batter, Buttercream, & Baking DAY TWO – (3 hour class) o Buttercream & Filling Preparation o Stacking/Assembly DAY THREE – (1.5 - 2 hour class) o Cut/Portion tasting cakes o Assemble tasting boxes This 3-day course will include full, detailed step-by-step information on how to achieve neat, clean pre-cut cake slices/portions that can be used for individual cake tastings/trio pack boxes. Callie will demo each step virtually as participants follow along in their own kitchens. Participants will be responsible for the supplies and ingredients needed to complete the class. Included with this class, are the full recipes for all the batters & buttercreams needed to make each flavor. A detailed PDF/digital info packet fully equipped with a list of necessary tools/equipment, the recipes, and the link to join the class will be sent to you once your final payment is received. Your spot is only confirmed once your 50% deposit ($100) is received. All participants of the course will receive a separate email with an invoice to submit final payment closer to the class time. Class is limited to 15 participants. All payments are nonrefundable. Payments can not be transferred to other classes.
