UPCOMING COURSE DATES: DAY ONE: Tuesday, June 20th DAY TWO: Wednesday, June 21st DAY THREE: Thursday, June 22nd 11:00am EST each day In this live online class with Callie, participants will learn how to make CTB's quarter sheet Vanilla Lemon Cream Cake and learn how to achieve uniform pre-cut cake portions. This class will be broken up into 3 separate sessions over 3 days: DAY ONE – (3 hour class) o Batter, Buttercream, & Filling Preparation DAY TWO – (2-2.5 hour class) o Stacking/Assembly of Sheet Cake DAY THREE – (1.5- 2 hour class) o Cut/Portion o Open discussion on packaging, pricing, portion sizes recommendations, and/or any sheet cake questions you may have This 3-day course will include full, detailed step-by-step information on how to achieve neat, clean pre-cut sheet cake slices/portions. Callie will demo each step virtually as participants follow along in their own kitchens. Participants will be responsible for the supplies and ingredients needed to complete the class. Included with this class, are the full recipes for CTB's vanilla cake, lemon curd, lemon cream cheese, and italian meringue buttercream. A detailed PDF/digital info packet fully equipped with a list of necessary tools/equipment, the recipes and the link to join the class will be sent to you closer to the class date and once your final payment is received. Your spot is only confirmed once your 50% deposit is received. All participants of the course will receive a separate email with an invoice to submit final payment closer to the class time. Class is limited to 12 participants. All payments are nonrefundable. Payments can not be transferred to other classes.
