Retainer Fee

Description

Looking to book CTB for your next event?! If your event date is available on our calendar, you may hold/reserve the date with a $300 retainer fee. Once you've paid the fee, the date is locked in/reserved for you. Orders will be confirmed in chronological order and details will be discussed via email during that time. The $300 fee is non-refundable but will go towards your order balance and will be reflected on your invoice. Your order must meet a minimum of $1,000. If your order total is less than $1,000, the difference remains non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: All available dates have only one time slot of 10:30AM. This time can be changed at a later date when we confirm/chat about the details of your order and pickup/delivery.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
