THIS SHIPPING INFO IS FOR BAKING SUPPLIES (DESSERT SHOOTER BOXES) ONLY.

WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING FOR OUR DESSERTS/CAKES.

LOCATION:

We are based in Maryland, USA. All orders will ship from this location. 

We are excited to offer shipping within the US and internationally.

CURRENCY/PRICING:

All prices are shown in USD.

ORDERING & SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME (US orders only):

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order before it is shipped. All orders are hand packed by real humans and we will do our best to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get every order out seamlessly. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Any orders placed on the weekends will not be processed until the following business day.

Depending on where you are located, shipping & processing times may vary:

  • US/domestic orders: Allow 1-3 business days for processing time & up to 5 business days for shipping

  • International orders: Allow 1-3 business days for processing time & up to 12 business days for shipping

*Please be mindful* All orders are packed & shipped on business days only (Mondays-Fridays). This excludes weekends and major US holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All prices are shown is USD. For price conversions, we recommend using a currency converter. 

Any import duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

International shipments may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing time prior to shipment.

WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?

  • All orders, both domestic and international, will ship with USPS. 

  • DHL shipping is available by special requests. If you are placing an international order and would like another shipping option, please contact us at info@calliethebaker.com

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we (CTB LLC) have no control over the packages once they've left our possession. We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages that may occur during delivery. Refunds will not be provided.
