If you are interested in registering, please review all the information and package options first. Please also be sure to read and fully understand the cancellation terms and refund policy prior to booking. Once you've read everything, you can register to reserve your spot by clicking any "reserve a spot" button.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to reserve your spot and secure your accommodation. Detailed information on hands-on classes will be provided at a later date!

Flights/airfare/travel arrangements and/or passport fees

Some meals (where applicable, meals are included – any other meals not included in the package are at your own expense)

Some transportation (where applicable, transportation for the group is prearranged and included – any other transportation not included in the package will be at your own expense)

CANCELLATION TERMS & REFUND POLICY
Non-refundable Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable meaning they can not be refunded and can not be transferred to other services and/or retreats. Deposits are taken to secure your space & reserve your accommodation with the hotel.
Cancellation Policy:
It’s understandable that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and your plans might change. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for this retreat:
Registration Transfer

Participants may transfer their registration to another person, provided that they inform the retreat organizer of the change. This means, if your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, you may find a replacement to fill your spot and notify us of any changes. Any custom items already purchased for your retreat package will not be eligible for a refund. No transfers are allowed after March 1st, 2025.

If you are unable to find a replacement & must cancel your reservation, the below cancellation policy will apply:
Cancellation by Participants

If cancellation occurs before October 31st, 2024, participants will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid excluding the non-refundable deposit.

If cancellation occurs between November 1st, 2024 and February 28th, 2025, participants will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid excluding a non-refundable deposit

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after March 1st, 2025.
